Stall Information
We offer flexible options for our vendors. A single stall costs £50, and a double stall is available for £90.
On the Day
Vendor setup begins at 9am. The market runs from 11am to 3pm. Please ensure pack-down is complete by 4:30pm.
Facilities & Support
Wi-Fi is available, and electricity can be requested in advance. Student volunteers are on hand to assist with unloading and setup. Campus parking is available with Security directing vehicles.
Key Considerations
Food Vendors: You must provide full details of all ingredients and any potential allergens in your products.
Selection Process: Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a stall. All applications are reviewed to ensure a varied and high-quality selection of vendors for the Christmas Market.
Application Readiness
Please ensure you have all vendor information ready before starting: business contact details, a brief product description, a logo or high-quality product photo, and your required stall size. If applicable, please include links to your website or social media profiles. Vendors requiring electricity should specify their needs in the application form.
